The daily rates are for two persons and include your accommodation, four course gourmet dinner and buffet breakfast in a casual relaxed atmosphere.  We offer a unique Dinner Menu with several different appetizers and entrees that will satisfy any appetite.

The above rates came into effect January 1st, 2007 and are valid for the 2008 season.
 5% GST & 4.8% HST will be applied to the above rates.
Special Note:  Reservations for a one night stay will only be accepted fourteen (14) or less days in advance and must be paid in full at time of booking.  There will be no refunds for cancellation of one night reservations.
Most rooms and cottages can accommodate an additional guest at an extra charge of $97.50 per day, all inclusive. 
Early reservation for the summer season is highly recommended. 
A deposit of one (1) days room rate is required 30 days before your arrival. 
Your deposit applies to the fulfilment of your designated length of stay. 
Notice of cancellation or any change of arrival or departure must be given at least 14 days prior to arrival date for a deposit refund.
 All deposit refunds will be assessed a $30.00 accounting fee. 
Deposits will automatically be charged to the credit card number that you have provided 
unless you wish to pay by cheque and the cheque is received 30 days prior to your arrival date.
All rates are in Canadian funds and subject to change. 
Taxes and staff gratuities are not included.

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD and INTERAC. 
Check in time is 3:00 p.m.  Check out time is 11:00 a.m.
We are adult oriented.  Sorry we do not allow pets.

Weather permitting we serve Breakfast and Dinner on the terrace overlooking Kootenay Lake and the Selkirk Mountains beyond. 
Please let us know in advance if you have any special dietary needs.
